A. No.1869 of 2024 in O.P. No.486 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J This application has been filed to amend the cause title to record the fact that the 1st respondent, K.Kasthuri Bhai had unfortunately died pending the proceedings on 20.02.2024. It is stated that even earlier she was bedridden and consequent to orders in A.No.690 of 2024, since she was one of the attesting witnesses to the Will of late A.Kuppu Rao, with respect to which Will letters of administration was sought, a Commission was directed for examining her and this was ordered on 09.01.2024.

Unfortunately further, evidence was not recorded. But since it is the fact that she is since deceased, the application stands ordered.

Learned counsel to carry out necessary amendments in the Original Petition by indicating that the 1st respondent had died on 20.02.2024. Amended copy to be filed.
