Heard Mr. D. Giri Babu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mrs. S.R. Sumathy, Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent, Mr. M.V. Hariharan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent, Mr. M. Arunachalam, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and Mr. S. Parthasarathy, Learned Counsel appearing for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second and Fourth Respondents to remove the loan due entry in CIBIL Report based on representation dated 26.02.2018 made by the Petitioner.

It is represented by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Fourth Respondent that the loan taken by the Petitioner from the Third Respondent has been subsequently discharged based upon the information furnished by the Second Respondent and a copy of the revised report reflecting the same has been produced. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 4.

Recording the aforesaid submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
