ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. It is however stated that seeking leave a Writ Appeal had been filed by one of the legal representatives and leave had been granted. Recording the same, leave had been granted in CMP No.19612 of 2025 in W.A.Sr.No.121959 of 2025.

2.Since the matter is now under the active consideration of the Division Bench of this Court, the contempt petition stands closed for the present. If the amount paid is not correct, according to the petitioner, separate representation in that regard may be given.
