2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that pending the Criminal Original Petition, the birth certificate of the child born has been marked by the petitioner and PW 1 was cross examined on 09.11.2017 for which purpose the petition under section 311 of Cr.P.C was filed.
