ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition Page No.1 of 4

in favour of the petitioner, based on his application, dated 10.03.2025, and representation dated 05.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner seeks transfer of patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the petitioner's application dated 10.03.2025 and representation dated 05.11.2025 seeking transfer of patta was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the 2nd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's application as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 2nd respondent and any third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application, dated 10.03.2025 seeking transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 2nd respondent and any third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
