This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1419 of 2020 dated 04.03.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties in which one surety must be blood surety and the sureties shall produce solvency certificate which is issued by not below the rank of Thasildhar and sureties shall produce their Aadhaar Card or Bank Pass book.

2. It is seen that this petition has been filed during the lock-down period and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not take any steps to list this matter before this Court for the past two years. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered after the period of two years.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
