This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 202 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.Ambili Memon, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 3 and Mrs.Rita Chandrasekar, learned counsel for the second respondent.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay of 202 days in filing the appeals is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
