ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records relating to Cr.No.2062 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thuraipakkam Police Station and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.S.V.Pravin Rathinam, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by this petitioner, the respondent Police have registered the case in Crime No.2063 of 2015 against one Karnan, for offences under Sections 147, 506(i), 294(b), 323 IPC.

4. On the complaint given by Karnan, the respondent Police have registered the case in Crime No.2062 of 2015, against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner herein for offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC., challenging which this quash petition has been filed. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is actually Karnan, who is the aggressor and that the petitioner herein was attacked by Karnan and he sustained injuries. 6.This Court cannot look into disputed question of fact in a quash petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., This Court directs the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Adayar, b Chennai, to monitor the investigation in Crime No.2062 of 2015 and Crime No.2063 of 2015 and look into the images of CCTV footage submitted by the petitioner herein and take action in accordance with law. 7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
