2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the suit was already disposed of on 15.07.2016 and the suit is not pending.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
