Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to (i)modify the condition Para No.3 imposed on the Petitioner in Crl OP No.7660 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022.(IN CRL.MP.NO.5795/2022) (ii)extend the time for furnishing the sureties by one week orders passed in Crl.OP.No.7660/2022 in Cr.No.1/2022.(IN CRL.MP.NO.5796/2022) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.J.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner(IN BOTH MPS) and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent (IN BOTH MPS)the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition and extend the time for furnishing the sureties by one week imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7660 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022.

2. The petitioners have not complied the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail seeks modification as well as extension of time.

3. Modification of condition to reduce the bail bond amount is not acceptable. Hence dismissed.

4. As far as the petition for extension of time is concerned, the petitioners may furnish common solvent surety for the petitioners. Such common sureties furnished, the trial Court may test the solvency and accept the same. Time to comply the condition is extended till 16.05.2022.
