2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1045 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.285 of 2023 is condoned on condition that the learned counsel for the appellant shall pay a cost of Rs.2500/- in favour of the Tamilnadu Advocates' Clerks' Welfare Association on or before 18.01.2024 and for reporting compliance on 19.01.2024.
