Being satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this petition is allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the fifth respondent in the main writ petition. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the matter on 21.07.2022.
