ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the Hon'ble XVI Additional Session Court at Chennai to expedite the Trial in S.C.No.6 of 2016.
2. Taking into account, the statement of the learned Government Advocate that there are 26 witnesses to be examined and that, the warrant to some of the accused are pending, and also the fact that the present proceedings are only at the initial stage, it would be appropriate, to direct the learned XVI Additional Sessions Court at Chennai to expedite the proceeding in S.C.No.6 of 2016 and complete the same, as expeditiously as possible.
