This W.M.P. has been filed to implead the proposed parties viz., Mr.Gigi George and KGS Infrastructure Ltd., as Parties/Respondents 3 and 4 respectively in this Writ Petition.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. Notice to respondents 3 and 4 returnable by 14.07.2021. Private notice is also permitted.

5. Registry is also directed to print name of Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2 in the cause list and post the matter on 14.07.2021.
