ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] Seeking ordinary leave for two months for Kamalananda s/o.Rasanayagam, aged about 71 years, [CT No.4220], under the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982, his daughter [petitioner herein] gave a representation dated 20.04.2020 and thereafter, filed the present Writ Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the prison authorities, submitted that the convict prisoner Kamalananda was granted ordinary leave from 14.09.2021 to 15.09.2021.
