ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the order of this Court dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 14.08.2014 passed in WP.No.21907 of 2014 has been

disobeyed by the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order of this Court dated 14.08.2014 has been complied with. They also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D) No.5 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, Dated 12.02.2016 to that effect.
