Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2019 by issuing Government Orders under Sections 10(1) and 10-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 on the petitioner's letters dated 04.03.2019 in the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner within a time frame.

This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2019 by issuing Government Orders under Sections 10(1) and 10-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, in the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner.

2. In effect, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the Government to make reference to the Labour Court with regard to the disputes referred to in the writ petition.

3. Today, it is stated that the Government has passed the Government Order Nos.5, 8 and 9 dated 06.01.2020 and referred the matter for adjudication before the Labour Court.

4. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed as no further order is necessary except to state that it is open to the respective parties to agitate the matter before the Labour Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
