When the matter is taken up hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. He also made a request that the main appeal may be taken up for final hearing.

In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and post the main appeal for final hearing immediately after the typed set is made ready.
