Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of rejection of Bid No.31951 of the Petitioner in Technical Bid Evaluation Summary dated 05.04.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to declare the Petitioner as Technically qualified and to direct the respondents to reconvene the Financial Bid opening by including the Petitioner's bid No.31951 and to keep the entire proceedings in pursuance of e-Tender dated 08.12.2021 in abeyance till then.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of Bid No.31951 of the Petitioner in Technical Bid Evaluation Summary dated 05.04.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to declare the Petitioner as Technically qualified and to direct the respondents to reconvene the Financial Bid opening by including the Petitioner's bid No.31951 and to keep the entire proceedings in pursuance of e-Tender dated 08.12.2021 in abeyance till

then.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
