The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and further, to direct the third and fourth respondent to unfreeze the petitioner's bank accounts.

2. Heard learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 10.03.2025, seeking defreezing of her bank account and to take appropriate action for opening her house, and dispose of the matter accordingly, on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of hearing.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
