This Civil Revision Petition is filed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.11 of 2015 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ranipet.

2. It is seen that there are two interlocutory applications pending, one for bringing on record the legal heirs and the other for amendment. Unless and until the same are disposed of, the suit cannot be proceeded with.
