O R D E R

The grievance of the writ petitioner is to consider his case for revision of seniority with reference to the grounds raised in his representation dated 28.11.2017 submitted before the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the grievance of the writ petitioner has not been redressed and even the representation submitted by him before the second respondent, is kept pending for the past more than 1-1/2 years.

3. This being the factum of the case and without going into the merits of the matter, the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 28.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the relevant documents, if any, along with the orders passed in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
