ORDER

The legal representatives of the deceased petitioner in P.O.P.No.3 of 2007 on the file of the District Court, Thiruvannamalai have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the application in I.A.No.4 of 2014 in P.O.P.No.3 of 2007 within a stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the application filed by the legal representatives of the petitioner

in P.O.P.No.3 of 2007 to get themselves impleaded in the petition is pending for a long time. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the petition, the petitioners are put to hardship and prejudice. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that now the revision petitioners are willing to pay the court fees before the Trial Court.

3.I have heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4.Taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the learned District Judge, Tiruvannamalai to dispose of the application in I.A.No.4 of 2014 in P.O.P.No.3 of 2007 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are prepared to pay the appropriate court fees before the Trial Court, the Trial Court is also directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders in P.O.P.No.3 of 2007.
