ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to investigate and register the FIR as against the proposed accused persons involved for the offences under Section 147, 148, 294(b) 323, 341, and 302 IPC as directed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.4436 of 2023, by an order dated 08.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first and second respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen the enquiry is still pending on the file of the second respondent. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties viz., the respondents 3 to 13 and conduct enquiry and submit a report as directed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.4436 of 2023, by an order dated 08.11.2023, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
