O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu R.Rahul, aged about 30 years, to cause production of her husband before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2.The alleged detenu is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, the detenu told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody.

3.Having gone through the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the supporting documents, we are of the view to dismiss this petition, since there is no illegal detention. 4.It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking her remedy, according to law.
