ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.29272 of 2012, dated 23.04.2012, wherein a direction was issued to the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.216, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Finance (PC) Department, dated 22.03.1993 to the petitioner

and to revise the pensionary benefits and pay arrears within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the arrears amount of Rs.1,80,700/- has been sanctioned and also credited to the account of the contempt petitioner on 11.12.2014. The said submission is recorded.

3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
