Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear on 1st working day once in three months in the trial court in C.C.No.1 of 2000 (RC MA 1 1997 A 0032) on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases VIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai 104 until the appeal in C.A.No.521 of 2016 order dated 15.07.2016 (IN CRL.MP.NO.6621/2021). Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BRUNO CRUZ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.K.

SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- [Video Conferencing] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.It is stated that owing to medical reasons, the condition imposed, namely, directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day once in every three months, should be further re-examined and relaxed by this court. 3.After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the firm opinion that the condition can be totally relaxed, however placing a caveat that the petitioner herein should prosecute the Crl.A.No.521/2016 whenever it is listed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
