Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relevant to the order in Se.Mu.Ka.No.A4/0195/ 2014 dated 20.1.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal improper against the natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with effect from 20.1.2015 and pay back all service benefits to him immediately. Heard both sides. Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Though the petitioner has questioned the suspension order dated 20.01.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction could be issued to the third respondent to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disciplinary proceeding and pass the final order within a stipulated time and infact a charge memo dated 16.02.2015 was issued and the departmental enquiry is not completed and no final order is passed. 3.In view of the limited prayer made during the hearing, the third respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceeding and pass final order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
