2.The petitioner has filed a Statutory Appeal dated 31.03.2015 to the first respondent against the order dated 13.03.2015 of the second respondent imposing the punishment of stoppage of increment for six months without cumulative effect. Now, this writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the Statutory Appeal within a limited period.

3.In view of the narrow prayer made, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the Statutory Appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
