ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to consider and pass order on the Review petition of the petitioner dated 17.02.2022 on merits and in accordance with law with regard to cancelation of the punishment of removal from service within a time frame.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
