TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.13524 of 2017 IN CRL RC.595/2013 N.RAVIKUMAR [ RESPONDENT / PETITIONER ] Vs KUMAR @ DOMMARAJ KUMAR [ PETITIONER / RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited in the credit of C.C.No.7396 of 2008 on the file of the 5th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore at Chennai in the above Crl.RC.No.595 of 2013 dated 25.04.2013 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KAMARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.N.ELAYARAJA Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the Criminal Revision Petitioner, as directed by this Court, in the above Criminal Revision Case.

2. It is represented that the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was deposited by the petitioner as per the conditional order passed by this Court while suspending the sentence imposed on the petitioner. The counsel for the revision petitioner has no objection for withdrawal of the amount.

3. In view of the compromise entered between the parties, the petitioner herein is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount.
