Respondent Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by the learned Additional District Judge/ Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act cases, Coimbatore by an order dated 06.01.2020 made in CMP.No.13 of 2020 (i) The petitioners / accused No.1 to 4 are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- two solvency sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction to this court and out of the two solvency sureties, one surety must be close blood relative of the petitioners/accused No.1 to 4 and the another one surety is from the resident of Tamil Nadu state (ii) The petitioner / accused No.1 to 4 shall report before the respondent / karungalpalayam police station daily twice in the morning at 10.00 am and in the evening at 5.00 pm without fail until further orders.

This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners by the learned Additional District Judge/ Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act cases, Coimbatore by an order dated 06.01.2020 made in CMP.No.13 of 2020.

2. It is seen that the court below has imposed reasonable conditions on the petitioner while granting default bail under Section 167 (2) Cr.P.C. Further, on perusal of the affidavit filed by the petitioners, no proper reasons have been mentioned by the petitioners for modification of the condition imposed on them. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer sought for by the petitioners.

3. According, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
