Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent not to shift the Joint 1 Tindivanam Sub Registrar Office, District Registrar Office at Tindivanam and Avarapakkam Sub Registrar Office at Tindivanam to the proposed combined rental at the campus of Virutucham Senior citizen home and Mahatma Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts and neighbor campus to the Christian Cemetery at Avarappakkam Revenue Village and consequently direct the respondent to choose another building situated within the heart of Tindivanam Town to ensure the safety and secure to the public.
