(CR.NO.416/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.3111/2022 order dated 21.02.2022 (i.e) the petitioner shall report Trichy Samyapuram Police Station, daily at 10.00am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.PADMANABHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 21.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3111 of 2022 and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners was directed to appear before the Trichy Samayapuram Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, stands relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
