Order This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to complete the proceedings in O.A.No. 13 of 1990, which is filed to frame a scheme in respect of the petitioner's temple.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the Original Application, which is under challenge in this writ petition, has already been disposed of vide order dated 15.05.2002, however, so far he has not been furnished with the judgment and decree passed in the said O.A. In such circumstances, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to furnish a copy of the order passed in the said O.A. to the petitioner and the petitioner is also permitted to obtain the certified copy of the judgment and decree in O.A.No.13 of 1990 and challenge the same in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved by the order passed in the said O.A.
