ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to consider the petitioner's representation 27.05.2024.

2. In view of the nature of the prayer, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that the temple is 300 years old temple and the same is not being managed properly. The persons involved in the management of the temple are not arrayed as respondents in the writ petition.

4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The third respondent shall take up the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2024 for consideration.

(ii) The third respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the persons involved in the management of the temple and after hearing the parties, shall consider the matter in accordance with law and take a decision. (iii) The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
