ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of 3rd respondent by disposing the representation dated 25.05.2022 & 30.05.2022 filed by the petitioner which is pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the matter is pending before the first respondent/RDO, parties have been examined and orders will be passed within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 25.05.2022 and 30.05.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the third respondent and any other 2/4

interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
