ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The excess floor constructed, as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner will be removed within a period of two months from today as also the compliance of the other requirements. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The aforesaid period is granted with a condition that if the needful is not done, the Municipality may proceed on its own after the expiry of that time.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before us the photographs of different offending buildings. These photographs have been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent Municipality to be placed before the Committee appointed by this Court.

4. The Civil Revision Petition, thus, stands disposed of in terms aforesaid. No costs.
