This petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the 2nd petitioner / A6 as M. Subash instead of M. Subash Vasantha in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.4965 of 2024 and in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.4965 of dated 12.03.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.4965 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 12.03.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for executing sureties till 15.04.2024.
