( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Twenty Ninth day of April Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5157 of 2021 IN CRL OP.6067/2020 T.PARAMESWARAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, W-24, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, TEYNAMPET, CHENNAI, CR NO.5/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6067 of 2020 dated 03/03/2021 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and further he shall make himself available for interrogation as and when required by the police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.HARI, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and further he shall make himself available for interrogation as and when required by the police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6067 of 2020, dated 03.03.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
