The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 21/03/2021 to issue a road side platform Bunk (Small ) shop License to Survival for the disabled people welfare benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

perused the documents available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made representation dated 08.03.2021 to the respondents to issue license to run a roadside platform Bunk (small) shop near Chennai Egmore Police Commissioner Office road. Since there was no response from the respondents, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have considered petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2021 and passed orders and the same has been communicated to the petitioner.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
