These Writ Petitions have been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners' dated 19.03.2024 and to designate the petitioners as Professor with effect from 02.08.2017 confirming under Career Advancement Scheme of the respondents University pursuant to the notification dated 08.08.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners' dated 19.03.2024, in the light of the orderpassed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1807 of 2022 etc.,

batch, dated 13.07.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
