O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the Court below and to release the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition subject to the following conditions: a) The Petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), before the Superintendent of the prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

b) The Petitioner shall report before the 2nd respondent police on the 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m.
