Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd Respondent vide her proceedings Na.Ka. R.V. 2/1920/2014 dated 01.04.2015 which was dispatched to the petitioner on 06.05.2015 dismissing the Petitioner from service and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner to the service with full benefits.

Heard both sides. Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Though the writ petition is against the dismissal order dated 01.04.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his Appeal dated 12.05.2015 before the second respondent against the dismissal order is directed to be disposed of within a stipulated period.

3.In view of the narrow prayer made during the hearing, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the Appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
