This is a petition seeking to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the judgment dated 24.11.2022 in CC No.6 of 2013 on the file of the Special Judge for CBI Cases, XIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Mr.V.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent and expresses no objection for condoning the delay.

3. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the delay of 24 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned.
