ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned CSR.No.123 of 2022 and petition enquiry is pending. If the petitioners cooperate for the enquiry, the same will be completed within three weeks and till then, they will not arrest the petitioners.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and not to arrest the petitioners till then provided they co-operate for enquiry.
