ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition was dismissed, on the ground that it amounts to relitigation, as this Court, in S.A.No.1064 of 2011, dated 23.09.2011, and in a writ petition, has already dismissed the claim of the applicant. It is pertinent to state that pursuant to the dismissal of the civil revision petition, the respondent-temple has taken

over possession and demolished the building. As on today, nothing survives for the applicant to pursue the case. Therefore, I do not find any ground for review of the order, dated 19.09.2017, passed in C.R.P.NPD.No.3469 of 2017. 2 Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.19997 of 2017 is closed.
