ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the complaint dated 25.11.2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to the District Crime Branch, Tiruvallur District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 25.11.2015, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and the same was closed.
