ORDER
(Made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) The Court was held by Video Conference, as per the Resolution of the Full Court dated 30th April 2020, by Judges at the respective residence offices and the counsel, staff of the Court appearing from their respective residences.

This petition has been filed by Dr.Vasanthakumar, with a prayer that his representation dated 30 April 2020, already sent by e-mail to the respondents, viz., Department of Health and Family Welfare Union of India and Indian Council of Medical Research, through its Director General, New Delhi, be considered.
3. The petitioner has claimed that he has developed a drug option for Covid 19, and he has undertaken clinical trial for the said drug option and therefore, he has sent a representation to the competent authorities viz., Indian Council of Medical Research to consider his representation as a possible drug for COVID 19 disease.

The learned Additional Solicitor General, Mr.G.Rajagopalan and Ms.Mala, learned counsel appearing for ICMR, have submitted that the said representation will be considered in accordance with the guidelines lines issued by ICMR.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the concerned authorities of ICMR to consider his representation. He submits that the petitioner would resend his representation to the concerned authorities, with necessary evidence along with his representation.
6. On such representation being made by the petitioner, the concerned authorities may grant him an opportunity of hearing and then dispose of the representation by passing appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible.
7. With this observation, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
