Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfering in the peaceful functioning of society namely Young Badagas Association, duly elected pursuant to the orders passed in W.A.No.46 and 141/2014 dated 26.02.2014.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents from in any manner interfering in the peaceful functioning of the Society, namely Young Badagas Association, duly elected pursuant to the orders passed in W.A.Nos.46 and 141 of 2014 dated 26.02.2014.

2. In view of the disputes between the two groups, actions were initiated by the competent authority / Sub-Divisional Magistrate under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C.

3. On account of lapse of more than eight years, the grounds raised in this writ petition lost its relevance and if at all any grievance exist to the petitioners, they are at liberty to approach the competent authorities for redressal of the same.

4. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
